Our Policies
Your initial consultation is free of
charge. Rescheduling a consultation requires a 24-hour notice. If less than a
24-hour notice is given, or if an appointment is a "no-show", a $50
prepaid deposit is required to reschedule the consultation. The $50 deposit
will be applied toward any procedure of choice. Payment methods accepted are
Visa, MasterCard, check and cash. Please do not bring children to appointments.
After the consultation, you will be given a price quote and forms expressing
consent, as well as pre and post procedure instructions. Please complete these and bring them with you
to your initial procedure appointment. You will never be pressured to make an
appointment during or after the consultation. In fact, you are urged to take
the information home, think it over, discuss it with family and call when you
wish to proceed or if you have any further questions.
If an appointment time must be rescheduled please give at least a 24-hour
notice so that we may fill that opening in our schedule. .
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $100
prepaid deposit is required to reschedule.
The first visit in the procedure process is the "saturation” visit. The
second visit is known as the "focus" visit. As the name implies, the
focus visit applies the final touch of perfection by focusing on balance,
symmetry and detail of the healed result. A procedure may require one or even
two “focus” visits. There is no charge for the focus visits as long as they are
completed within 45 days of the previous visit.
If a focus appointment is missed without 24-hour prior notice, all subsequent
focus visits will be subject to a charge of $75 per visit within the same
45-day limit. An "assessment" visit is encouraged approximately 1
year after your procedure is completed to see how the color has worn and to
confirm the client's satisfaction. There is no charge for the assessment. If
any color refreshing is needed, an appointment may be made for a
"touch-up" appointment. Pricing for touchup appointments is as
follows:
1 year to 2 years - $150 to $200 per procedure.
Over 2 years - $200 to $400 per procedure.
PLEASE NOTE:
The touch up pricing above applies only to work originally
performed by Jocelyn. Touch up prices for procedures done by another permanent
cosmetics artist will be quoted according to the work needed.
If you have not returned for assessment within 4 years,
future procedures will be considered new.
Cosmetic tattooing requires maintenance. All color fades, whether it be paint, fabric, hair, furniture or cosmetic tattooing. How
much fading occurs depends on many variables but mainly sun (ultra-violet)
exposure. Protect your permanent cosmetic investment should by wearing
sunscreen, avoiding excessive sun exposure and by
using sunglasses.
